These documents are uploaded via the admin section and access can be set on a per-file basis.

This will allow you to keep sensitive information out of the hands of your competitors while allowing free access to registered users/clients.

Keep the files small to save disk-space and client bandwidth. Use a file compression tool, like RAR if the file is too big.

For security reasons, you can not upload executable files unless they are compressed.
